So, it seems these fights draw a small crowd. I'm wondering if we should plan some celebratory GvGing this weekend? Based on the GvG bonus weekend message not only will it give our semi-finalists loads more faction for round 2, but perhaps our guild rank will revert back to a not-so-sad number. Shall we go semi-random favorite build from the first round of the tournament or am I venturing out too far? Ha! Just dawned on me all except last night's round will be in March so I got my March Madness afterall! Yes...like March Madness but lets not wait that long!

OK, it turns out I had more fun than I thought I would doing this. Who wants to turn it into a double elimination tournament? So I would fight the loser of Jupiter/Mura, and Delor would fight the loser of Drum/Malae. The winners of those matches would fight the losers of Kunlin's and Norm's second round matches, respectively. That way there isn't as high a chance to fight against the same people. When there is only one team left in the losers' bracket, that team would fight the winner of the winner's bracket. If the loser wins, they fight again to determine the overall winner. Here's my even worse MS Paint job: webpages.charter.net/jcsamp/guildwars/2o bracket.jpg[/img]

NORM! The gnomes are getting anxious. Are you available Thursday evening perhaps? We need to get the rounds going on both brackets (2nd one being the NIT of course ). Lets not stall here! Set times, post them and fight to the PAIN! Edit: My $.02 on the winners with respect to both brackets: Whoever wins Khunlin's bracket is 1st place. Whoever comes in 2nd on Khunlin's bracket fights the winner of Kaiser's bracket for 2nd and 3rd places.

What Jupiter is describing is a "second-chance" tournament (except what she is describing in the second statement is already included on my bracket). This differs from a double-elimination tournament in that you can't win the top prize if you play in the second bracket. In a double elimination tournament, the last player with one or less losses is declared the winner of the tournament. In a second-chance tournament, the winner must have zero losses. It is up to the sponsor/guarantor of the tournament (Khunlin) which way he wants it to work. I was the one who tacked on the secondary bracket, so it isn't an official bracket until Khunlin says so. Here is the full bracket in a Double Elimination: The black dotted lines indicate a second round of finals if the player from the top bracket loses to the player from the bottom bracket. A second-chance tournament would end at the dotted red line. The winner would be whoever wins the top bracket, seond place would go to whoever wins the bottom bracket, and third place would go to whoever loses the last battle of the bottom bracket.

Do not underestimate my ability to lose badly, Mura. Let me know when you are free this week, and we can settle this clash of the antititans. BTW, are you still planning on bringing 2 tanks and 2 touchies?

Drum, let me know when you want your butt whooped, then I'll probably be busy and you'll win by forfeit. We have to do 3 in a row because the chance of us both having more than one night free is pretty darn close to 0%.

Malae... whenever you want to go, I'll be waiting >=D I'm not sure how I want to do the tourney! So... confused! Perhaps the bigger one with the more lines? The double-elimination, was it?

Um, I'm going to go ahead and forfeit, since I'm gone to Myrtle Beach by Saturday night at midnight, and won't be back for a bit over a week >.>.

I'm free on most evenings this week. <_< Depending on if I decide to go to work early. As for my plan----yes, that's the plan. The plan of loss.
