How did we not find this earlier? Would've been a perfect fit during our personality profiling times! "In Bartle's analysis, players of massively multiplayer online games can be divided into four types: achievers, explorers, socializers and killers." from Wiki.Unfortunately, I can't get to the site now so I'll post my results later but here it is.Take and post! My prediction for me: achiever.

I didn't really like that test. It seemed like every single answer was "It depends."
Nevertheless...
Interesting... I think if I had taken this test a year earlier, Achiever would have been much, much higher.

I say that's pretty well accurate. There are those rare times I like to explore (as far as FFXI, never cared with GW). Definitely love PvP, which is why I am even in GW, though I think I probably enjoy doing group PvP in GW, 1-on-1 in WoW though (taking a break from XI for WoW at the moment). And the achiever is definitely true...my MM armor in GW, how hard I tried on my Ranger in XI, and been nicely outfitting my mage on WoW.
Hm, I got the same as Triia, really wasn't expecting that...I'd say the first test was more accurate. And wow, Delor, you got higher Killer than I did, that's impressive.

Based on your answers, you are ESAK. Breakdown: Achiever 40.00%, Explorer 80.00%, Killer 13.33%, Socializer 66.67%
ESAK players often see the game world as a great stage, full of things to see and people to meet. They love teaming up with people to get to the hard-to-see places, and they relish unique experiences. Probably fairly accurate. A number of the questions were 50/50 for me. Actually... I'm surprised my A is so high and I think my K should probably be a little bit higher than what it is. I get quite a thrill out of playing a close game PvP and repeatedly killing that silly Conjure Phantasm monk in GvG the other night was oh-so-satisfying. Exploring has always been highly rated for me, in games and in real life. Finding new areas in a game makes it worthwhile. I've been playing a bit of Oblivion again and the other day I found a very interesting cavern I'd never found before. There's always this little "Oh yay! Something new!" jolt that goes through me.

Also check out the online playstyle survey: Don't think it is necessarily accurate, but it is interesting.

Based on your answers, you are KAES. Breakdown: Achiever 46.67%, Explorer 40.00%, Killer 86.67%, Socializer 26.67% KAES players tends to enjoy the PVP aspect most of all, but also likes to pit themself against all the challenges of the PVE environment as well--although the latter is often a means to an end. This type of player will often enjoy PVP that focuses on their skill as an individual contributor (duels, and so forth) more than team-based PVP. What? Me more interested in being individually good than concerned about the good of the team? NEVER!

Based on your answers, you are KSAE. Breakdown: Achiever 40.00%, Explorer 33.33%, Killer 73.33%, Socializer 53.33% KSAE players often seek out PVP in a game, but they are looking to socialize with and form alliances with other players who are interested in doing the same. They often seek out guilds or clans that organize formal PVP events, or work on group strategies and tactics. Hmm.. maybe? Based on your answers, you are Organizer-Supporter. This combination is also referred to as the Impresario playstyle. You provide a foundation for other players to enjoy the game. You tend to help other people achieve their goals before you do things for yourself, hoping to reap later rewards in the form of loyalty and dedication to growing a guild or clan. I'm not that nice ;P

Based on your answers, you are EASK. Breakdown: Achiever 73.33%, Explorer 80.00%, Killer 20.00%, Socializer 26.67%
EASK players often live by the phrase 'The journey is often more enjoyable than the destination.' They are motivated by meeting the challenges of the world, but they are usually in no rush--because seeing the creatures and places of the world is even more fun. I redid it and got AESK which is what I would've guessed but the description did not fit: AESK players are interested in the player-versus-environment aspect of the game more than anything else. They are often soloists who want to achieve and see what the world has to offer. Often, they find groups cumbersome and PVP to be more an annoyance than a feature. Based on your answers, you are Supporter-Creator. This combination is also referred to as the Quartermaster playstyle.
You have fun when you make the game fun for others. You tend to be fairly social, and you've taken the time to learn how to make things for other players, and you're interested in playing roles that allow you to support groups.

Hmmm.... that EASK description sounds like me too. As far as the other test: Based on your answers, you are Supporter-Virtuoso. This combination is also referred to as the Jack-of-all-Trades playstyle.
You are the type of player who likes to fill whatever role is needed in a group; you're not necessarily an expert on all aspects of the game, but you've dabbled with enough that you're comfortable taking on many different challenges. In games that allow multiple types of roles, you probably have several that you switch between depending on the situation. Those who are more interested in guiding and leading the organization look to you as a great resource.
Hehehe.... virtuoso.... Why in the heck am I the leader of this guild again?

<.< It seems mostly accurate. Despite my inability to make everyone love me so far....
It'll come---as surely as my frosty water ele's fissure. >_>

Based on your answers, you are Strategist-Virtuoso. This combination is also referred to as the Guru playstyle.
These people tend to want to learn all the inns and outs of the game, mastering both the skills and strategies needed for success. They often have an encyclopedic knowledge of the game rules and are able to readily demonstrate their abilities.
So I should be a flavor of the month knowledge database who likes to kill stuff?
