I have found one GW site I can still access for a bit and have been finding some interesting things about these potential changes they implemented this past weekend From Gaile on a question Kaiser brought up: vnboards.ign.com/guild_wars_general_board/b22740/101069939/p1/?4Also details a change to Divert Hexes that was not posted on the website (reduced cast time to 1s). And based on this thread I gather the skill changes are not permanent. Post any thoughts of your own or interesting finds!

Mmmmm...4s recharge on Lightning Hammer. Now if only it had some massive room-rattling sound effect when it hit. Must find spiking build with dual attune, hammer and some way to protect the enchantments and ourselves...*wanders away muttering boooooom* Unfortunately that last part is true. EDIT: Just found this Gaile post at my last GW fansite: vnboards.ign.com/guild_wars_general_board/b22740/101266197/p1/?8And somehow I missed these reading last night... Claim Resource: casting time reduced to 2 seconds, Energy cost reduced to 0. Blinding Surge: increased Energy cost to 10. Can someone please tell me how they ordered the spells!?
