You can actually claim the HoM teleport stone on any character, for free, from the karma vendor at Hooligans Rise, NW Lions Arch.

For titles, go to your Hero panel and click the achievements tab. There's a drop down list of titles in the top left hand corner of that panel.  |

The Hall wasn't full when I got the item; it took about another day for her rewards to show up. Now... I just gotta hunt down hero armor pieces. I was going to craft Destroyer/Tormented weapons; the effort wasn't worth it there when the diamonds alone would cost 120 platinum.  20 to go then. Though there's no one to buy from, so I'm not sure how that's going to work. |
