l think we're on a roll with the split and, unless there's an epic nerf today (knock on wood), we should stick with it! Either way,l think that we should try to be more aggressive--either play more aggressive build mod, or play the old one more aggressively. Speak up here if you will / won't be around. P.S.: This was all handwritten on my tablet. Isn't my handwriting tidy?

I'll say the same thing I say every week... it depends on Kiba's schedule. I think she does work this weekend though since she's had a couple days off lately, so I can probably make it, unless I... hehe... I um.. heheheh.... I have other... hehheheee... plans... which no.

Woo! Rudimentary C programming lecture! I got lots of strategy pondering done. Depending on which halls we end up fighting on, there are a few things I think we should work on this weekend. On the strategic end, I think we should use our mobility (pretty much everyone in this build has a speed boost, and we have snares) aggressively. We can throw our offense all over the map without losing defense, so we should exploit this fact and keep them on their toes. On big, open maps like Frozen or Solitude, a Primal Rage could spastically break off from the stand and run across to their base to drop an NPC or two while the Melandru snares anyone trying to catch him, etc. I think we should shift a bit of focus (I didn't watch our splits, so forgive me if this is what you guys were doing) to NPC's. If they have defenders, you can probably get NPC kills more easily than player kills, especially since players at our level don't watch NPCs well. That's more of a tactical thing, though, that I think our split should try to get down. There are times that a player kill is easy and good, of course--two Rangers should be able to take down a Rit--but NPCs don't res (two Rangers should be able to kill NPCs while shutting down the Rit and... if he's bad... kill him when his NPCs are dead etc) Obviously, players are sometimes the best targets, but we should shift some priority to the NPCs. Especially the Lord Pit ones. At this point I'm just going to be typing strat ideas so I can skim over my own post before GvG as a refresher... read on at your own risk... --Base clears out most NPC's, defenders on Lord Pit. Collapse 8v8 (snare split healers, try for kills on the collapse)--then hit and run Lord Pit /w Primals when their Rit is snared/flagging. -- More to come, possibly, as this lecture gets more and more boring. EDIT: Also, if we plan to keep splitting (no new updates), small-scale scrimmages are quite valuable--especially for our Rangers. It seems to me that the little skirmishes between rangers and runners etc. Are one of the parts of a GvG where individual player skill is make-or-break, and a sucessful or failed split can be a game changer. I'm up for scrimmaging any time I'm on GW

I shall be around lest dire circumstances arise again.

I think I'll be available. I don't always enjoy it, but I'll try to get in on some of those scrimmages, if they occur. If I get to stick with my ranger position, there's lots of stuff I'd like to practice, especially drawing out interrupts.
