Khunlin?! Making an Other Games thread?! What has the world come to?!
But seriously... if you guys haven't played it and you like RTS... you must. It's the first RTS I've played that's about STRATEGY and not tactics. Amazing, large scale battlefields... big explosions... pretty shiny thingies that do awesome stuff... "Ranger Spiking" with heavy artillery batteries will never get old.
And besides, the campaign has a glorious gem of a GW in "RL" quote: Basically, there are these "Experimental" devices that you can build at extreme cost and time investment, but that do awesome cool things. For example, one race has the "Paragon": an infinite resource production facility. Leading one of the campaign characters to say...
"It looks like they're running a Paragon. Take it out, or you'll never be able to wear down their defenses."

I've considered getting it on more than one occasion, but from my understanding it's well beyond my laptop's specs to get any real enjoyment out of it. That's too bad, because it looks freakin' sweet and I'd read a few reviews where it was like "Whoa, I want that." But I guess until I get a rig that I know could run it at a semi-decent level, I'm stuck with WC3 matches on B.Net. Alas.

Or, as a low-budget option, you can sit in a chair, cover your eyes and make "pew pew" laser and airplane noises while imagining you're fighting aliens. That's what I do. I don't even own the game.
