After handing you the possible conflict notice, I got this e-mail reply:
Hi James,
Dr. ? gave me your note about your job in the Student Success Center. You are scheduled to go to Franklin Co. High School on Mondays & Wednesdays from 8:30-10:00. Please ask the person who sets up your hours at SSC to work around this practicum when assigning your hours. It would be helpful if they could let you work at other times at SSC instead of me having to contact FCHS for them to change your times there, because I’ve already been in touch with Assistant Principal Marsh at that school. I don’t like to go back and change things after I have given them your times for the practicum. Thanks for understanding.

As you'll notice, it has me scheduled to go to Franklin County High School. I was wondering if I should have contacted back about this?

Is it possible to work you SSC job around this? Since your hours at the SSC have not been set, it might be helpful to talk with Mrs. ?.

I would think it would be possible; my main concern was being placed
in a high school as indicated by the email.
I thought for the purposes of ES300 that I had to be placed in a middle school?
So I found this to be alarming: "You are scheduled to go to Franklin Co. High School on Mondays & Wednesdays from 8:30-10:00"
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding this somewhere; I wanted to make sure to avoid undue stress
later on.

We just caught that mistake. So disregard what I said earlier and what she said. She will place you at a middle school. Will you be able to find out your SSC schedule today? If not, we will probably try to place you the same days and times at a middle school. Thanks for catching that.
