OK, I find it down right distressing that the last thread for an official event was created LAST YEAR. So, I'm remedying that. Priority goes to signer uppers and those there early/on time. Standard time is 9pm est but that can be modified based on your responses. Build...how about the one Khunlin posted here? Sign up table will be forthcoming!Kaiser Table! Player | Position | Potential | Axe War | Lia | Lia | Hammer War | Triia! | Triia! /berserker roar | Cripshot Ranger | | Kaiser, Jupiter, Triia | Domsmer | Mura | Kaiser, Jupiter, Mura | MB Ele | Kaiser | Kaiser, Mura | WoH | Silent Khunlin | | RC | Jupiter | Jupiter | WoR Runner | | Mura, Triia? |

I unfortunately won't be back until 8:00-8:30 my time, which is 10:00-10:30 EST, so it's probably better to just count me out.
If you do need a player by the time I'm around... *sigh* Not like I ever play anything but frontline these days, so stick me in for axe war backup, please.

There's a potentially awesome spike variant running two Avatar of Balthazar D/A telespikers, an Enchanter's Conundrum Domsmer and such, if we think that it would be more fun.

The EC-Shatter Delusions spike? Seen that running around in GvG for a while... getting hit with that in Frenzy HURTS. :/
Actually, didn't we run into those telespikers recently? >.>

I put the potential spike build at the bottom of the build page. It just about tops 1k damage vs. 60AL, so we can split and still spike at the stand. The balanced version is more likely to work, though.

Hmm...I seem to remember several people saying that a Dervish telespike was teh stupidest idea they'd ever seen. Guess I'm just ahead of the curve

Just to clarify its either Fri or Saturday and the start time is to be set by those who participate, not my whim.

Well, if the Easties are still up by then.... to be honest, the real Westies aren't likely to be able to play until 7:00 their time, anyway. =/ So... I'll post updates as I shake answers from more XXX members.

I can run any role; I'm more homeish in the ele, mesmer, ritualist roles.

Lia Lia Lia...'tis a sad day when it's thought GvG will have a curfew thanks to us so called "Easties" *sigh* I guess its a sign of the times. Let it be known that we are some of the most extreme GW "Easties" there are...during the good old days we've done GvGs, HA and Grand PVE Adventures till 5am (weekends of course!). Don't be worrying about us, if we're storming through, we'll stay on. Lately though, and this is strictly my pov, I feel like I'm taking a spot that someone else is waiting on, or I'm just not feeling it so I get off and move out of the way. Don't confuse my attempt at politeness (or my grumpiness as the case is sometimes) as inability to stay up and finish what we start. We post an early start time because there's always prep time that must be accounted for, so anyone who can't show up early just needs to have their spot picked out, character rolled and all templates loaded beforehand so when they get there we can start immediately.

Yes, we have been known to run Khunlin into the ground before we quit. However, I will recommend playing Friday rather than Saturday. We "Easties" are losing an hour of sleep on Saturday because of the time change. I personally will be more likely to stay up on Friday than on Saturday, assuming I can shake this flu by then.

Yes, we have been known to run Khunlin into the ground before we quit. It's true. I'm a wimp.

Khunlin, Triia, are you not signing up because you're not interested?
Ah, good old Thursdays of the planning week when I start pestering people. ;D I really miss the organized days, but I promise this will be my last attempt particularly if its unsuccessful.

Well, I didn't want to jump in and "MINE!" the WoH monk, lest Triia get all depressed. But this is very pondersome because...
TO BE CONTINUED! (In the "Going Away" thread.)

Khunlin, Triia, are you not signing up because you're not interested? D: ! Nope, it's that I was oblivious to the fact that there had been a table set up. And Khunlin, just for that, I refuse to play the WoH monk... or at least until a couple rounds in and I'm crying to have it back. Even better, just for you, I think I'll sign up for the hammer warrior position! Won't THAT be fun?! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!
