Well, I have just completed my Hyper-Scientific Analysis of the Viability of the Ritualist Spirit Spammer in Today's Metagame, and have come to the following conclusion:
The old spirit spammer: Done. Dead. No chance.
I did, however, run a slight mod that was able to keep up a reasonable amount of energy and, thanks to the new 20 second recharge on Life, keep a steady flow of energy going to the necros... however, it has significantly less defensive power than the old one did. Where the old one helped with damage reduction from Union/Displacement, this one helps by giving the necros enough energy to heal the extra. However, it was verging on energy issues. It would just take something simple, like the death of Energizing Wind, to screw up the energy cycle...
The verdict: I think we can start by trying to take in FoC, but if we find it fails due to build flaws... we should be ready with a backup (like WBw!)

Soooo.... I just found out that we might have company tomorrow night. I'm sure I'll be expected to be socially responsible and not sneak off to hide in my room. There's an excellent chance that they'll be around until after 9 but probably not too much beyond that, I'd think. I'll try to be here as soon as I can, but don't wait up on me.

Bah! Spirit Spammer Shpirit Shpammer! We'll get all the energy we need from the massive amounts of death that will occur. The enemies...not ours...I hope. So, 2 sign up sheets? ^^ All this talk of wurms makes me think they need to do an arena for wurm pvp. Temporary, permanent I don't care but that'd be awesome. *still giggling from saying shpammer*

Well, Sprit Spammers work. Just---you're pushing it in pvp. >_> Like Khunlin mentioned. Personally.... >_> There's more viable stuff with the communication line then spamming them.
Like Wanderlust! He knocks stuff down and kills himself for it! ~_~
<.< As for a wurm arena....maybe when Elona gets a distinctive holiday event thingie.
....I dunno. Year of the Corsair.

Signed up. Khunlin, I thought you were changing the rit lord..? looks like it'll die energy wise?
And since we have more slots.. what about changing one of the barragers slighty to better fit relic run? Muddy terrain? A running stance?

I've been usurped by Malae on the sign up! jk Anyone spreading the word about the name theme our own Mura came up with? *frantically googles pagan feasts*
And Khunlin, you got confused answers last night about testing an MM because I don't see where it was ever talked about.

To answer your question Malae. >_> The Oath Shot ranger has Muddy Terrain. Thus me. Bases already covered there.

This Rit Lord is a slight mod on the old one (mostly attribs... note I didn't post those ) and is a bit better on the energy. A running stance could be handy, but that doesn't fix the fact that we have almost no way to heal the runner if they're not attacking. We might just have to use our numbers and body block both stairways to force them to fight.
