So all of you pouting fools who don't have your bambis yet are hereby required to come along! You have no choice! The Khunlin has spoken! Since it's 8v8 now, we don't have any tested builds (other than FoC), so I guess anything goes? What do we want to run? I can take Wailing Barrageway or TOTAWm up to eight... or put together some sort of spike... or we could take one of the many builds milling around out there in the guild and give them a whirl! As always, I'll put together a signup once we know what we're doing >.> We start at 9:00 EDT, this Friday. I think we need to take 6 of Khunlin's Malae-munching Rt/R bowmen and a couple of monks. Or maybe 5 of them with a nuker. Can you imagine seeing 5-6 members of your team all drop dead in only a few seconds? Kill everyone but the monks (who don't carry rez skills) first, and thanks for the fame.  |

Well, the Rt/R's are a one-shot kill... on an immobile, 60 AL target. Factor in Rangers, or movement... and they can only take off about 60-80%. While one would be brutal in a team (he could kill casters while the other five offensives distract the monks), we can't reasonably spike down a whole team, since only two or three will be viable targets  Hidden Spike Balanced is an option, though, if people want to see the Rt/R in action  |

We must at least TRY FOCing for old times sake! We'll dedicate it to Bryce and his straightened priorities. I also would love to Barrageway with more people! Or take the Rit's in!! OR ANYTHING ELSE!!! I'M GETTING MORE EXCITED AS I TYPE!!!! |

But anyway, I'm looking over builds right now (yeah... supposed to be working on Java... tsk tsk...) and I'm pondering FoC ponderously. It will need an overhaul, since the Ritualist Spammer was (as far as I can tell) nerfed to oblivion. I'll test this when I get home, but most (if not all) of the spirits cost 10 or 15 energy back in the day... now two of them are 25. And Boon of Creation is 5-6 energy return instead of the 7-8. Big difference, trust me.
Wailing Barrageway could be vurry mean, though... OoA spamming Ordergon, anyone?

It would be fun to toss in one or two Rt/R's into WBw. It would be useful for spiking down runners in the relic runs, plus you get the "barrage, barrage, barrage, OMG WTF I'm dead!" factor. I just think they are too evil to leave out of a build.

if people want to see the Rt/R in action Hmmmmmm.... This Rt/R build of which you speak intrigues me.... may I request some enlightenment? If it's at all viable, I'd love to take FoC in as well, just for old times sake, but WBw would be great fun too. Heck.. as long as it's a build that has Kill The Crap Out of Everything in there somewhere, go ahead and sign me up. |
