Okay, we all want skills right? Myself, I want all of them before Factions comes out. There's a few ways to acquire them, faction, buying for 1k each? Alot of us have 3 PvE characters and 1 PvP slot, so, if we were to make a 4th PvE character it would be only temporary, except it can buy skills from trainers for cheap! It can also do skill quests. Here's what I propose: Obviously everything done is a rush, because your time with the fourth character is limited (never know when you might have to TA, or GvG!) So, starting in Ascalon, you can only have a party of four. So, 3 temp PvE characters and 1 rusher. The rusher will bring you anywhere he/she that has skill trainers or quests. The quests can be rushed when the rusher sets up a fighting build and deals Charr lvl 20 style I'll volunteer to be the first rusher, Varcal can bring you everywhere before Thunderhead Keep. I reccomend having what skills you want to get, where to get them, or what quest to do, all ready beforehand. A site that would make all that preplanning easy? Guild WikiYou DO need skill points to buy those skills, eh? We can do some missions and bonuses quickly, or power level you up if need be. So, 3 people interested in this, sign up!

I think I'll just keep unlocking skills the way I'm doing it now, still got 4 classes I have to figure techniques and everything before I start rushing characters through the game

Great idea, Malae. I'm in for this. But I think I will have to change the character I have right now, since I already have most of the ranger and warrior skills. Ok, I'm a little low on warrior skills, since I never took a tank out of presearing, but I have been unlocking them with faction. I think my biggest needs are in Elites still, so there's no rushing those. I'll check my chars later to see what I need.

I'd just like to mention something, that I forgot at 4:30 in the morning last night. The idea is mainly Triia's.
Just giving credit where credit is due.

Hmm.. good question Jupiter. How does next week work? I know Kaiser has his spring break then. It shouldn't take all week, but at least then we don't need to worry about GvG popping up 3rd person... where are you!?

I'd like to come, but I'm afraid I'd just slow you down. I've been pretty busy lately, and I can't see things slowing down any time soon.
So give me the last slot pending the time that you're planning to do this, or if anyone else wants it instead.

Ok, I have a list ready of all the places I need to go. Unfortunately, I have 59 skills to get plus 30 elites. I'm never going to have enough money for all that. Not to mention that I would have to rebuild my low lvl char at least 2 times to get all of the skills I need (currently R/W, will need a N/Me and E/Mo or something to get all of them). I need to figure out a good farming build for one of my characters so I can earn some money real quick.

Part of the appeal of collecting skills this way is the enormous discount. Quest skills are of course free, except for the time invested. Collecting your first nineteen non-quest skills (well, they don't have to be non-quest, but it only makes sense) will cost a bit under 6k as opposed to the 19k that a character would have to spend once purchasing over 20 skills. Check here for more info. I'm really in pretty good shape for skills, so if there is anyone else who wants to get in on this, please do so. But if the slot is still open, I'll come along for the ride. EDIT: Skill points need to be taken into consideration too. If you're in Pre-Searing, make sure to do the quest Tithe for Ashford Abbey to get an extra one. Other than leveling, it's the only other skill point you can get until you start missions.

I should be on from about 8-10 tonight if anyone wants to do some low-level missions or quests for skills. I still need about six more skill points to get what skills I can.
Managed to get 10 unlocked last night! Thanks, Malae! ;D
