I'm maxed out on fast casting, I'm basking in a Well of Power and sipping on a Blood Ritual, and I've got a twitchy finger hovering over my Resurrect skill. Nothing will stop me until I've rescued each one of our classic threads from their icy graves!
But that's not all! Ladies and gentlemen, we can rebuild them! We will make them better, faster, stronger!
So here's the new plan: Whenever someone proposes a Grand Adventure or some other activity befitting of an Honorable Republic such as this one, this person should place the day and date of the activity in the Subject line, preferably with the nature of the event keeping it company.
This should help keep the thread organized, and make it easier to tell what "tonight" actually is. (In a perfect world, "tonight" would always be the date of the post, I realize - but we can't always count on that, as this thread could be used to organize events for the coming weekend, etc.)

This sounds suspiciously like one of my over-caffeinated posts (much like the quoted example). The idea of the Republic reaching such heights of organization is daunting, but a good idea, none the less. I approve.

I'm thinking that tonight would be a pretty good time to try out one of these crazy GvG ideas (Hamstorm and Kaiser's MonkTeam (tm) come to mind), since as far as I know, we have no idea when the ladder is going to be unfrozen, and it could well be any day now.
With that in mind, who's up for a reign of Hamstormian terror tonight?
EDIT: I just checked, and the ladder is being reset on Monday. So yeah, we better get started tonight. ;D
M-M-M-M-MONSTER EDIT: Yes, listen to Malae. We should try the MonkTeam before it's too late!

We did hamstorm last night, we one a match and lost a match. That was good enough for most of us Perhaps some 8 monkage tonight?

Time is ticking on the ladder freeze, and as such, it is time to do some practice GvG, try out new builds and generally relax, and have fun, win or lose.
So if you are interested, tonight. Be there!

If we are working on more GvG while the ladder is frozen, might I suggest the "crazy" build of the evening. If we can get several rangers on and a few others that are willing to be monks and yes, there should be room for those that want to be neither, then lets try a ranger spike. I've never done it and I'm not leading or building it, but I know what hurts!

I'd like to give ranger spiking a try, too. Hopefully, we can run it with four spikers, leaving some room for other people. I'll try to find some build info if I have a chance later.
One thing I know we'll have to work on is timing the spike. From what I understand, it's often counted down so that it's closely coordinated. We might want to set it up and then practice the timing a bit somewhere PvE.
Hmmm, skewered Mursaat, anyone?

A certain pile of trash, you may know him as Malae Delwynn, has questioned my obvious greatness and has even gone so far as to claim that his greatness is superior to mine! That good for nothing scoundrel challenged me to a solo contest, putting his own life at risk in order to get attention, obviously a desperate cry for help. So I decided if he wanted to challenge me thinking I, the great and mighty Delor Mephalon would back down, then I would call him on it and watch him turn away in fear. But the fool has too much pride to quit and was caught between losing even more credibility with our glorious leader, or attempting to solo the wurms, a feat few could accomplish. Fearing losing Triia's respect proved the greater of the two evils and the competition was set for tonight. So tonight we trek through the treacherous Mineral Springs in search of Frost Wurms. Some would not have accepted this challenge from the pond scum that is Malae, but being the Soloing Champion, I have no fear of losing my title. Even if Malae through some miracle accomplishes this feat, he can only draw with me, for I shall never die.

Nay, I shall be there in person, watching with menacingly slanted eyebrows as you both perish by your own pride, leaving the pathway clear...
