Thanks Triia! I figured he tucked his ears in the same way that Bugs Bunny tucks his under a swimming cap plus I was lazy and was using a recycled head from a different project.
The whole thing is wire with epoxy putty for the armature, paper mache to fill out the thick areas and finished with Super Sculpey.

What happens when Kiwi gets bored and gives in to an overwhelming urge to do something totally unproductive?  Yaaaaaaaaay! For anyone who doesn't know, that's Norm Abram. This idea came directly from a small talk with Curt which started with "Hey, can you imagine Norm Abram's head on the Mona Lisa's body?" I can't wait for school to start. :-\ |

Well, I was bored today while trying to figure out how to fix the internets, and so I cleaned my desk for the first time in like seventy years. To celebrate, I took pikshers! Awesome new setup in its natural state. Sure, children are starving in Africa, but I can play Zelda and GW at the SAME TIME! This picture unfortunately doesn't capture the gloss finish that took me forever to put on those speakers... luckily, it also doesn't catch the veneer seam that I forgot to fill and sand! |
