Slightly-More-Semi-Hiatus

I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm taking a little break from Guild Wars for the time being. After more than a year playing and a really embarassing amount of hours logged, each day was starting to feel more and more like the dreaded grind. When logging on feels more like an obligation than a leisure activity, I probably shouldn't be playing at all.

I had Triia demote me from officer because it's very hard for me to take a break while still feeling like I have a major obligation to the guild. I probably take it a little too seriously, but I did feel bad that I didn't play nearly as much as the other officers, and wasn't around to help people out.

Of course, me stepping down does absolutely no good to the guild... the point is to let someone else who could do a better job step up. I personally have someone in mind, but as I'm not technically an officer anymore, I suppose I could get myself into a good bit of trouble by recommending someone right now. ;D

I'll be back whenever the game is fun again. (But I'll probably drop in every now and then just to say hi or mess around... thus the "semi" part.) And I will miss all of you guys.

*sniffles* I'll miss you Logo. Without you, who can I make fun of for playing all the wrong PvE classes? No one else plays Mesmer AND Assassin AND Ritualist. I understand you are on hiatus but I expect you once in a while still, or else...I'll say something terrible about you behind your back and you won't know it!

P.S. Nightfall is getting closer, you better be back a couple weeks before that.

Hey Logo, I can sympathize. Guild Wars has been a bit stale to me lately. I think it's because this is basically the only game I play. I would like to kidnap the entire guild and go play D&D Online for a week. They have a free trial so it wouldn't cost us anything. There's no worry about getting hooked because there is no PvP, but it does have a monthly fee(that's a double bad in my book).

I'll probably mention it in vent at some point too. If no one is interested I may just go solo and investigate. Have a fun "vacation."

This weekend is move in weekend for me so I won't be on as much as usual, though the hours I will be on are still a mystery. I may or may not see you guys, but fear not! Delor is not dead, merely AFK.

you will kinda be missed by me even Ive been doing the same thing for awhile its just hasnt got me back into it but if you ever need to get owned in CS:S or play someother game
