I missed the beginning of Jupiter's interrogation last night, but I thought the "get to know your guildmates" idea was interesting. A few of us have tried this personality profile based on the Meyers-Briggs test. I don't know how accurate it would be for others, but my profile is freakishly accurate. For those of you unfamilar with the test, according to your answers on the questionaire, it assigns you a four letter "type". Each letter has two possibilities, giving 16 profiles overall. The first letter will be either I (introverted) or E (extroverted). The second is S (sensing) or N (intuitive). The third is T (thinking) or F (feeling). The fourth is J (judging) or P (perceiving). A nice addition to this test is that it gives you a percentage of the strength of your preferences. For instance, you might have two people who are extroverts, but one can be far less extroverted than the other, while still not really being introverted. The problem with tests like this is that, for me at least, there are always a few questions where an answer of "maybe" or "sometimes" is the only one that would be appropriate. For someone like me, who lives life on the wild side, on the fringe of established personality, that can be a problem. There were a few questions that I were basically indifferent to or just couldn't answer, so I took the results for both a yes and a no answer and averaged them together. And I got this thoroughly unsettling result: 89% Introverted 62% Intuitive 0% Thinking/Feeling D:78% Judging So there you have it. I cannot think. I cannot feel. I am... A MACHINE. Really though, just add the INTJ and INFJ profiles and divide by two, and you've got me nailed down.  |

I first scored as an INTJ, but after reading the profiles, I didn't really think it fit me, so I went back and took the quiz again. I changed a few of my answers to some that I thought were more accurate for me after thinking about them a little longer. The result: I'm an INTJ.
67% Introverted
62% Intuitive
25% Thinking
12% Judging
I still don't think the profiles accurately describe my personality, but I'll go with it for now... mostly because that means I'm a Mastermind.

Three? Try five... you forgot Logo and Drum. ... you creepy, logical people...  You should be far more impressed with having two INFPs in the group. We are quite rare and therefore obviously superior to most other types. ;D |

Alright fine (yay 1000th post...I knew waiting was going to drive me crazy)...
So I've always fluctuated but basically it's I*F* so since it's been 3 years (!) thought I'd take it again. Got INFJ this time which is all well and fine till you get to this line...
Yep, thought you'd get a good laugh out of that too.
