Whoops, false alarm. Turns out I had used that particular email address for a trial once - not sure why. It threw me off that it seemed to recognize that account, and to further my confusion, all of NCSoft's emails were being sent to that email address as well.
This does not preclude Fleur running around making racist remarks while I was gone, though.
