Computer Trouble

Um...my internet don't work! I did the repair connection and errors are coming up with the DNS which apparently has something to do with IP's. I don't know how to fix it and I'm very sad at the moment. If someone knows what to do to fix it I would love you forever, or at least until I forgot about it.

ITS FIXED!!! Our provider shut us down accidentally. Sons of bitches robbed me of 2 nights of farming. I'm quite upset but happy that I am back up and running.

*sigh* I was hoping this thread would stay dead, but alas it won't. My computer took quite a hit last night and I just now got it up and running again...sort of. I don't know if my graphics card got toasted or what, but I don't have any of my nVidea options on any menu's and GW won't run(not to mention that the scrolling of webpages annoys me with the powerpoint transitions its using). Apparently one of my windows files got deleted so I had to reinstall, but it also got hit by a power outage while I was at work. I came home to a computer that couldn't even boot up I guess I'll see if I can tinker with it a bit to get it running again. I might not see you guys for a few days until my laptop arrives, but I might be on in 15 minutes, we shall see.....

Weird. Same thing happend to me a few weeks ago, except it was because my hard drive melted and then exploded on the hottest day of the year.

Delor, did you reinstall the nVidea drivers?

Aye, re-installed drivers, tried a new graphics card, tried clicking on GW 1000 times in a row in hopes that the brokenness would glitch and let me on, I've tried EVERYTHING. My laptop needs to hurry up and get here so I can just transfer my files and ignore my slower less badass PC.

Just an update...I'm not dead. Still waiting to get my computer mailed back to me. Anyhow...I suppose I should be doing my homework (silly Delor put off writing 6 papers until the night before ;D). I will hopefully be back to my usual dealing of 00bS in a couple days.

P.S. Someone is trying to corrupt Delor to play that "game" WoW... Delor is tempted but knows that it is GW withdrawal making it fun.

So, I have computer troubles myself. Not quite like Delor's though. More along the lines of, I no longer have one, due to theft. Soooo...unless it is recovered (filed the report within 30 minutes of the theft, ftw), I won't be on for a while...probably not even for the release of Nightfall, like I was so hoping to be...SO STABBIDY MANY PEOPLES >.>. Thankfully, if it's not recovered, Home Owner's insurance covers it, so I only have to pay the $500 deductible, instead of the $2100 for another laptop >.>. So wish me luck!

I'm really sorry about that Drum - that's like one of my worst fears realized. I guess that's one advantage of having a laptop that weighs 37 pounds - anyone who was foolish enough to try to take it would be cursed with severe back pain for the rest of their lives. And temporary blindness from all of the shiny lights.
