I love my cell phone's logic. What should it do if the battery is running low? Flash and vibrate every couple minutes to inform me that it's losing power!

UPS has an elaborate program that plots out their routes to minimize the number of gas- and time-wasting left turns.
And then they air-ship my RAM from California->Ontario->Texas->Tucson.

I really should stop browsing and post more often... and have a shower.

lol...
Apparently, before the Trinity Test (first nuclear weapon test)...
"The observers set up betting pools on the results of the test. Predictions ranged from zero, a complete dud, to 18 kilotons of TNT (predicted by physicist I. I. Rabi, who won the bet), to destruction of the state of New Mexico, to ignition of the atmosphere and incineration of the entire planet."
No wonder they chose to do it in New Mexico... lol

Um, I don't mean to brag, but after finishing what I just did, I have to voice the thought...

Kiwi: THK only earned a 'hard' notion because the henchies sucked when you were trying to keep an angry dwarf alive from Mursaat folk. That and people not wearing infused armor---and having party wipes at the first spectral agony spam.
...and we didn't have snow flurries. D: Sucks.

Aye, 'tis a cakewalk in this modern age of hero monks and good elite skills. I was feeling sorry for you, since you didn't have access to them... but apparently you didn't need!

Yeah, no... I only had myself and henchies. Wasn't bad at all. Guess I just got lucky.

I find it slightly ironic that a program for decompressing .tar archives can only be downloaded in .tar form.

I was depressed to learn that Sergeant Crazy Afro Hobo, a chance spawn on my morning bus, doesn't have a gruff crazy black hobo voice, but actually has a very soft voice with a bit of a southern accent.
But he still talks to himself, so that's cool.

The guys who are working on the Atlantis Event Display (makes pretty pictures of atom smashings) are the biggest bunch of xenophobes ever. Their contact information is on a dedicated HyperNews forum, and you can only access said HyperNews forum if you use your ATLAS project login ID, meaning only a select few particle physics researchers can get in touch with them. Unluckily for those fools... I just so happen to know one... P.S.: this thread is GREAT for postwhoring!
