Apparently, next Thursday I get to take the whole University of Arizona High Energy Physics Department faculty on a field trip to the virtual reality lab! But it doesn't look like I'll have time to test my program out in there beforehand! PRESSURE MUCH?!?! D: How did this go anyway? I'm wondering why I saw Khunlin's Civic in the parking lot of the school today when I dropped by to give them my grad pic stuffs. >.> Also, now I'm just sleepy... something's gone wrong, I can't sleep for four hours and feel perfectly fine anymore. Maybe I should stop sleeping until noon on days I don't have my project going on...

For unknown reasons, I logged on to the forum today to be informed that I have new posts in many sections... it turned out that none of them were new posts, and the server apparently just decided to act like I hadn't logged in since, oh... March 25th.
Yep, the only logical answer is finally here: Y2K...8! That is eight times the Y2K!
I will miss you all when the world ends.

Sorry Kiwi... I have an easier answer. ProBoards updated the forums and I guess ours happened not too long ago. They sent me a message and I meant to post it here but I can't find it now. There weren't a whole lot of really obvious changes, as far as I could tell but I'm seeing odd "New" messages too.
I'd also like to share that I got to wear short sleeves for the first time this year today! So happy! I even opened up my windows for awhile to let the wonderful warm air in. Ahhhh....

Wikipedia has to be one of the funniest websites on the internet.
It's one of the only places where you can read a psychological analysis of why Pandas and Koalas are so damned cute, and a few clicks later: "Komodo dragons may attempt to speed up the process by ramming the carcass against a tree to force it down its throat, sometimes ramming so forcefully that the tree is knocked down. [...] After digestion, the Komodo dragon regurgitates a mass of horns, hair, and teeth known as the gastric pellet, which is covered in malodorous mucus."
Mmmmm... carcass...

I...uh...have had so many random thoughts that I wanted to post lately but Unfortunately, the only one I can remember is a typo I made typing generator and thus entered into existance the *drum roll* GENDERATOR! TOR...tor...tor Now you all can have random thoughts about what it *could* be. And to save the wiki dependent [cough]Khunlin[/cough] time: EDIT: Man, I got all excited to see so many people on, but then I actually read. And lookie there's a characters remaining counter! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Ok when there's exactly 59000 characters remaining. My guess... Jupiter had some coffee. It's funny, because when I read that, I hear the whole thing in my head in her voice.

"...ultrasonic laughter has been recorded during groundbreaking rat-tickling experiments."
That'd be either the best or worst job ever.

It also brings up the question, "where do you wave the feather?"
