Well, I remember when I first posted the picture of My Lair, I promised I'd post another of it when it was not so "clean." I was sooo impressed with how messy my room has gotten so far, I thought I'd share. This is my New Lair.Note that the woofers that were on my desk in the last picture are now in the large subwoofer enclosure on the corner. Yaybass. No, there is not a clean path from the door to my chair. This is the path from the door to my chair.And for those of you who missed it, this is the mess(ier) half of my desk. Yes, that is Margaret Thatcher. Yes, everything is sideways. And, because I think I mentioned it at one point, this is the pile of crap that gets put on my bed when I work and on my chair when I sleep. I move it twice a day, every day. It's always changing forms, but it never goes away. Bonus points to those of you who know what it says on the name tag in the top right corner. Hint: it was my camp name in Oregon. And, just because I like the picture: this is the scary corner of my room, where I never go. Notice the chaos. Yes, those are Girl Scout Cookies. |

....fascinating... I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who lives by the sacred art of Pile Formation and Rearrangement. I cleaned my desk off last week... it was glorious... but they've come back and they're even bigger now, somehow. I'd take a picture but... I think a Pile ate my camera. Oh, and was it Hyxeno (sorry, can't resist trying for bonus points, even if they don't get me anything  )? |

Maybe we need a Post Other Stuff thread because I have to share this with my guildies (surely YOU guys'll get it!). My entry into the mini-pumpkin decorating contest. (I knew I wouldn't win when I had to label it because no one got it) The competition - the winner was the other labeled one which is a spoof on someone we work with (Boo chain). |
