How do you play them back? If Ventrilo does it, then we should be able to d/l and play ourselves. If not, take a jumper from your line out to the mic in, keep the volume low if you're worried about blowing something up, use the Windows Recorder and play the log. Then convert that .wav to an .mp3 for easy sharing ;D
I thought about that, but I figured it would create some kind of infinite circuit loop of doom that would suck my entire house into some kind of blackish... hole-ish... thingy...
Ventrillo does play the files back, but I wanted to convert them to .wav or mp3 or something so Triia can play them in her Place of Exile. Plus, they could be used for more nefarious purposes... you know those picture books where you have to press the sounds on the side corresponding to the symbol in the text? Picture one of those, but about seven year old Jamaican gangstas instead of The Little Mermaid, and with shiny hyperlinks instead of buttons!
As soon as I can get access to my other computer, I'll post the Ventrillo logs, and you can have at it, Khunlin.
